Higher grade Tie Guan Yin OOLONG TEA leaves from AnXi County, Fujian Province, China. This is a bit unusual since flavored or scented teas don’t need to be a higher grade, but in this case it’s necessary to produce the desired result. Leaves are rolled into lightly oxidized dark green pellets, bathed in real rich cream, then specially dried to preserve. The sweet and rich aroma blends with the sight of the creamy golden liquor, and finally the highly expected real/natural cream taste. Not your usual milk oolong. The tea pearl unfurls after infusing many times.

Package size is 2 ounces of full leaf tea, which yields approximately 25 first cups. 4 ounce package which yields about 50 first cups. Bulk one pound is available for about 200 cups. Tasting sample is 1 ounce for about 10-12 cups.
BREWING: Level teaspoon (or 1/10 oz or 3 g) for every 8 oz of 180-190°F fresh water. Steep for 2-3 minutes or to desired taste. Leaves can be re-infused 3 or more times, adding 1 minute to each successive infusion.

The best tea I’ve ever tasted. Tasted like it had the smoothest cream added in (I am a person who adds cream to almost all teas). He flavor of the tea is so unique and so delicious, and so smooth... I never want my cup to end! I tried it as a sample and also had a cup made while visiting Trailhead Tea. I didn’t know how expensive it was until I wanted to buy some. Totally worth every cent!!!!
