Darjeeling Oolong Tea - Sedona Arizona's Full-Leaf Tea Store
From the Singbulli Estate, a complex hybrid with an Indian Darjeeling made according to the Chinese OOLONG TEA methods of withering and partial oxidation before curling and twisting. The result retains its musky spiciness "muscatel" of Darjeelings, yet lighter color and lingering floral notes like an OOLONG TEA should.
AVAILABLE AS: 2 OZ Package, 2 OZ Tin
Package or tin size is 2 ounces of full leaf tea, which yields approximately 25 first cups.
BREWING: Full teaspoon for every 8 oz of 190°F fresh water. Steep for 3-4 minutes or longer to desired taste. A second or third infusion is possible by increasing steep time one minute each time.
