Yunnan Gold Tea - Sedona Arizona's Full-Leaf Tea Store
100% BLACK TEA, identified by its abundance of golden tips, and cocoa and black pepper note. It will not taste bitter when over-steeped. Creamy and sweet, with pleasant pepper notes becoming earthier and more layered as it cools.

Package size is 1.5 ounces of full leaf tea, which yields approximately 18-19 first cups. Tin size is 2 ounces which yields about 25 first cups. Bulk one pound is available for about 200 cups, or half pound for 100 cups. Tasting sample is 1 ounce for about 10-12 cups.
BREWING: Full teaspoon for every 8 oz of boiling 212°F fresh water. Steep for 3-5 minutes or longer to desired taste. A second and third infusion is possible by increasing steep time one minute each time.
