This superior grade of Tie Guan Yin direct from the mountainside Rui Le Tea farm in Hu Pao village, Anxi county, Fujian Province, China. This is the rare random event WATERMELON aroma variety, with a accompanied floral and watermelon notes. It is not yet known how to intentionally make this. We had the opportunity to acquire while visiting this tea farm in October 2016. While not certified organic, the teamaster does not use pesticides and fertilizers.
