This caffeine-free HIBISCUS-STRAWBERRY FRUIT BLEND also contains elderberries, apple pieces, black current, freeze-dried blackberry, strawberry, raspberry pieces, and strawberry leaves. Only a slight hibiscus tang, followed by a very prominent strawberry jaminess and natural sweetness (no added sweetener). Hibiscus flowers are rich in vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, and is excellent for boosting the immune system and fighting off infections. The antioxidants found in hibiscus tea are often compared to those in red wine and have been noted for their positive effects on cardiac health including lowering cholesterol.

Package size is 3 ounces of full leaf tea, which yields approximately 37-38 first cups. Tin size is 4 ounces which yields about 50 first cups. Bulk one pound is available for about 200 cups. Tasting sample is 1 ounce for about 10-12 cups.
BREWING: Full teaspoon for every 8 oz of boiling 212°F fresh water. Steep for 5-10 minutes or longer to desired taste.
