Botanical Greek Mountain Wellness Blend - from Trailhead Tea, Sedona, Arizona
Greek mountain tea is also known as Ironwort or Sideritis, an herb mostly harvested wild in the Mediterranean region. Rich in a number of natural antioxidants (as recognized in green tea), including flavonoids, and contains essential oils. Has traditionally been used to aid digestion, strengthen the immune system and suppress common cold, the flu and other viruses, allergies and shortness of breath, sinus congestion, even pain and mild anxiety. Slight earthy, herb floral, tangy hints of lemon/citrus and mint. Additional blended ingredients include Echinacea, Manuka honey powder, Ginger root, Apple pieces, Fennel, Eucalyptus leaves, Sweet blackberry leaves, Lemon verbena, Crimson rose petals, and Marigold blossoms:
Ironwood / Sideritis is 30% of the blend (digestion, strengthen immune system against colds, flu, allergies, high antioxidants)
Echinacea is 25% of the blend (strengthen immune systems against colds, flu, allergies)

Package size is 2 ounces of full leaf tea, which yields approximately 25 cups. Tasting sample is 1 ounce for about 10-12 cups.
BREWING: 2 heaping tsp per 8 oz of boiling 200-212°F fresh water. Steep for 6-10 minutes. Use 3-4 Tbsp per quart if brewing for iced.

Mild, soft flavor - very soothing and relaxing. Just enough honey to give it some complexity without being too sweet. Very pleasant! Hmmm, time to brew up a cup now...
